Forsyth Fights Back!
With over 100,000 deaths in America due to opioids in the last 12 months, the Council responds with a new initiative, Forsyth Fights Back. We are taking aim at unused, unwanted, and expired prescriptions in the medicine cabinets of the residents of Forsyth County. By partnering with community businesses and organizations, we plan to make the Deterra Drug Deactivation System available to safely eliminate these potentially lethal drugs from falling into the wrong hands. By working together, we can come one step closer to being a community that is part of the solution to the opioid crisis. Would you like to help with Forsyth Fights Back? Please call 770.887.1710.
